With it, I am able to record a description of the features for a home I list for sale onto a transmitter and place the transmitter inside the property.  Then homebuyer prospects can to tune in on their car radio and listen to all the wonderful features about the house. This is a terrific tool to help houses sell fast and something not many realtors offer.

I am a former school teacher, and as such, I am detail-oriented, trained to be patient, and I am used to hard work.  I also value education so I continue to arm myself with knowledge by regularly attending real estate seminars and training classes in order to provide my clients with the best possible service and the knowledge that empowers them to make good decisions.
