 I also offer Voice Pad , which is a similar program.  With it, you can call a special number shown on a sign rider and  listen on your cell phone to a description of the property.  If you have a smart phone, you can text to a special number and receive a printed information and photos about the property on your cell phone which are found in the MLS .

 I am also a certified home stager.  In addition, I offer up to date market information about the pricing of comparable listings in your neighborhood through my interactive landing page called Market Snapshot.
